1. Return Eligibility
As Golmoti products are food items, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.
3. Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used food products
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Orders returned without prior approval
